We take pride in structuring successful prospectuses. Our goal is to see our prospectuses lead to signed contracts and positive changes happening across the country at government managed sites. Some of the most recent examples of projects we have worked on that have met this goal include: Mammoth Cave National Park Lodging, F&B and Retail; Dry Tortugas National Park Seaplane contract; and Grand Canyon National Park Lodging, F&B, Retail, and Recreation.

Being a part of the CHMGS team means working with different clients throughout the country. Employees travel to some of the most beautiful locations to solve client challenges. Some of the current employees favorite business trips include: Yellowstone National Park, Dry Tortugas National Park, Yosemite National Park, and Grand Teton National Park.
CHMGS is made up of a small, hardworking staff.
