Donna Andrada brings over 20 years accounting experience to CHM, focused in real estate. As Accounting Manager, Ms. Andrada is responsible for CHM’s internal company account payables/receivables, payroll administration, staff SEC-compliance matters and the time/expense reporting system. In addition, Ms. Andrada undertakes special research and analytical projects in support of client services coordinated through both the accounting and asset management teams.
