Frank O’Hara

Senior Associate

Frank O’Hara brings 15 years of experience with both private- and public-sector clients with a wide-variety of recreation-based assets, supporting his current role as Senior Analyst with CHM Government Services.

After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration, Frank began his career in Washington, D.C. with the B. F. Saul Company Hotel Division working, initially, as a member of the E-Commerce team and ultimately joining the corporate office as the lead operations and financial analyst for the division. Frank then joined CBRE’s Client Services team working with a wide range of hospitality clients including hotels, restaurants, and all types of recreation operations. Past clients have included numerous prominent hotel, restaurant, and food service companies and developers in addition to the National Park Service, Office of the Secretary of Defense, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Army.

Frank O’Hara is an avid hiker, biker, and runner. He has completed 6 Marathons, and counting, along with numerous other races. He has through hiked the Appalachian trail, twice, the Continental Divide Trail, and is working on completing the Pacific Crest Trail to earn his Triple Crown. Currently living in the Smokie Mountains, Frank is also working on hiking all of the 900 miles of trails in the national park.
